Adolescent Girls & Women Empowerment
- 24 Azadi Kishori (AK) groups formed engaging adolescent girls across 25 villages
- 464 adolescent girls actively participating in empowerment programs
- 10 women’s groups established with 170 women members
- 23 out-of-school girls successfully re-enrolled in formal education
- 124 Champion Girls identified and trained as community leaders
- Adolescent girls’ exposure visits organized to broaden aspirations and perspectives
Climate & Agriculture
- 214 farmers trained in zero-budget natural farming (ZBNF) techniques
- 60 climate-smart agriculture demonstrations conducted across project areas
- Crop residue management awareness campaigns conducted across 20 villages
- 600 individuals reached with crop residue management and climate awareness
- 15 farmers’ groups formed with 300 active members
Livelihood Development
- 198 farmers organized on sustainable agriculture practices
- Vocational and entrepreneurship skills training for youth and women
- Multiple beneficiaries transitioned from daily wage labor to sustainable enterprises
- Linkage of farmers and youth with government agricultural and livelihood schemes
Healthcare & Social Services
- 54 mental health patients identified and supported with care and referrals
- 34 children with clubfoot connected to treatment facilities
- Health check-up camps organized reaching 90 adolescent girls
- Mental health awareness programs conducted in underserved communities
- National Girl Child Day 2025 — program conducted with 200+ participants including:
- 150+ Azadi Kishori members
- Anganwadi workers and community leaders
- Discussions on education, health, and empowerment
- Adolescent Empowerment Sessions (February 2025):
- Sessions at schools emphasizing gender equality and self-reliance
- Stress management workshops for 50+ adolescent girls
- Community awareness programs on social issues, rights, and welfare schemes
